The problem

Small shops in Peru needed inventory software that kept working when the internet didn't. Existing tools assumed a perfect connection and fell apart in practice.

What I built

An offline-first PWA with a conflict-resolution sync engine, so a store could ring up sales all day with zero connectivity and reconcile cleanly the moment it came back online.

Outcome

Rolled out to 200+ stores with near-perfect sync reliability, and became Inventarte's flagship product.
